Access is limited during construction, but we help you plan for it. Most clients set up a temporary kitchen with the essentials in another room. We also sequence the work to keep your downtime as short as possible.

We stop, show you exactly what we found, and give you options with pricing before moving forward. Nothing gets covered up or added to your bill without your approval. Clear communication is how we keep surprises from becoming problems.
How do you protect the rest of my house during construction?
We contain the work area with plastic barriers, protect floors along all walking paths, cover nearby furniture, and clean up daily. Dust control and site protection are built into every project, so the rest of your home stays the way you left it.
