Frequently Asked Questions
Will you be around in 5-10 years if I have issues?
Yes. FDC Construction WA LLC has been serving Washington for nearly a decade and we are not going anywhere. Much of our work comes from repeat clients and referrals, and those relationships only exist because we answer the phone long after the project is done.
Do you require a deposit, If so how much?
Yes. We require a 50% deposit upfront to secure your project on our schedule and cover materials and initial work. The remaining balance is outlined in your contract so payment expectations are clear before we begin.
Can I bring my own plans/architect?
Yes. If you already have plans or an architect, we are happy to build from them. We will review the plans, flag anything that affects cost or buildability, and work directly with your architect throughout the project.
How many custom homes have you built?
